About the PriaOptimal editorial team
We are a small editorial team in Jakarta writing about natural supplements for men — what the panel says, what the pack contains, and how a formula fits a routine you already keep.
Why we started with men's supplements
The category is noisy. Product pages promise broad results, marketplaces mix local and imported listings, and the ingredient information is often a small image you have to zoom into. A man shopping for a daily multivitamin or for one mineral ends up comparing things that were never described in the same terms.
We wanted one place where a 60-tablet multivitamin and a 90-capsule formula sit in the same ruled layout, so the differences show instead of hide. That is the whole point of the index: same fields, same order, every product.
What the noise looks like
Promises that describe a mood
No panel
Copy talks about how you should feel, not what the serving contains or how many units it takes to reach it.
Listings you cannot line up
Mixed formats
One listing quotes tablets per day, the next quotes capsules per bottle, and neither says what the dose actually adds up to.
Ingredient images you zoom into
Hard to read
The one piece of information that matters most is the piece most likely to be a blurry photo of packaging.
Price doing the talking
We strip it
We keep price out of our comparisons so ingredient and format differences stay in front of you.

Where to buy, and at what price
Out of scope
Take what you read here to whichever retailer you prefer. We are the reading step before the purchase, not the purchase itself.
How we research a product profile
The same four fields come first on every profile we write. Nothing about a formula gets described before we can answer these.
Step one
Read the listed ingredient panel
Every profile starts with the panel as printed: which vitamins and minerals appear, in what form, and at what stated amounts per serving. We write those figures as the listing gives them and we do not convert, round up, or reinterpret them.
Step two
Record the format and pack size
A 60-tablet bottle and a 90-capsule bottle are not the same purchase even at the same label strength. We note the serving size and how many capsules or tablets a daily dose actually requires, because that is what decides when you have to reorder.
Step three
Include stated registration and halal details
Where a listing states BPOM registration or halal details, we include them in the profile. Where it does not, we say so plainly instead of assuming the detail exists.
Step four
Describe it as retail listings show it
Products are described as they appear in Indonesian retail and marketplace listings at the time of writing. If a listing changes, the profile is a snapshot of what it said on the day we read it — not a standing claim about the product forever.
What we do not do
We do not sell supplements, take orders, or receive payment for placement. Nothing on this site exists to move stock, which means a profile can end on an unflattering note and still stay up.
We do not publish customer stories we cannot verify, and we do not run before-and-after material. If a claim on a product page reads like a hospital statement, we leave it out of our coverage and say why.
And we stop at reading. Nothing here is advice about your own situation, and no page on PriaOptimal should be used as a substitute for a conversation with a qualified professional who knows your history.
How often profiles change
Listings change. Formulas get reformulated, pack sizes shift, and products disappear from the shelf. We revisit profiles periodically and update the format and pack details when they change. When a revision touches something a reader would have relied on — a serving size, a stated amount, a registration line — we note what changed instead of quietly overwriting the page.
If you spot a profile that no longer matches what you see in a store or in a listing, tell us and we will check it against the current label. Readers find most of our errors, because readers are the ones standing in the aisle with the box in their hand.
Editorial corrections
We correct errors openly. If a product profile lists the wrong capsule count or describes an ingredient incorrectly, we fix the profile and note what changed when the correction matters. Corrections come through our contact page and are reviewed by the same editor who wrote the original entry, so the person fixing it is the person who knows why it read that way.
Our position on imported and local products
Both are part of the Indonesian market and both belong on this site. Imported formulas such as NOW Foods ADAM Men's Multivitamin and locally produced products compete on the same shelves, and shoppers here compare them all the time — usually with a phone in one hand and two boxes in the other.
We describe each on its own terms. An imported multi with a wide vitamin and mineral spread and a local single-mineral capsule are written up with the same fields in the same order, so a reader can weigh them against one another without translating between two sales pitches.
Price stays out of the comparison deliberately. Prices move, seller to seller and week to week, and when a number dominates the page you stop seeing the ingredient and pack differences that do not move at all.
What this site is for
Use PriaOptimal to understand what is inside a product, how formats differ, and whether a formula fits the routine you already have. Take that understanding to whichever retailer you prefer.
If you are new here, start with the ingredient guide and read two or three entries from top to bottom before you open a marketplace tab. The habit sticks better than the browsing does.
Reaching the editorial team
Corrections, sourcing notes, and questions about a profile all come to the same inbox and are read in the order they arrive. If you are writing about a specific profile, the product name and the field you think is wrong is enough — a photo of the current label helps more than anything.
